Festival Musicale Italo~Cinese Concorso Internazionale di Esecuzione Musicale "Turandot"

Festival Musicale Italo-Cinese – Concorso Internazionale di Esecuzione Musicale "Turandot" is a large-scale international music competition jointly organized by the Associazione Internazionale per lo Sviluppo della Musica e dell'Arte and the Progetto Giovani Talenti Italo-Cinesi office. The competition receives strong support from Uni-Italia, the China Education Federation of The Arts Overseas Education Center, and 25 Italian music conservatories. It aims to promote musical and cultural exchange between China and Italy, select outstanding musical talents, and provide them with an international platform for study, performance, and exchange. Outstanding participants are given priority access to further study and performance opportunities in Italian conservatories. The competition is held grandly each summer at globally renowned higher music institutions.

The organizing committee invites renowned Chinese and international pianists to serve as judges each year. Additionally, it offers a series of academic and practical activities for contestants, including professional masterclasses, art lectures, and expert concerts, providing a comprehensive and multi dimensional musical experience and learning opportunity.

Bringing together world-renowned musicians and artists, and leveraging the Association’s strong academic network with Italian music conservatories, we establish masterclasses and in-depth study programs at prestigious art institutions both in China and abroad. Focusing on music and fine arts, these courses offer one-on-one mentorship and are designed to pave a solid path for aspiring students and professionals striving for excellence—bridging specialized skill enhancement with international perspective.

International Masterclasses and Advanced Study Programs

During winter and summer vacations each year, we regularly organize immersive art exploration journeys in Italy, centered on music or fine arts themes. Participants are guided into art capitals and partner institutions, engaging in university exchanges, master workshops, and on-site cultural visits. These experiences allow them to broaden their global artistic horizons in authentic settings, deeply absorb the essence of Italian art, and lay a strong foundation for future academic advancement and professional development.

International Study Tours

We regularly host high-level international art forums and academic symposia, gathering scholars, experts, and industry leaders from Chinese, Italian, and global art institutions. Centered on cutting-edge topics in music performance, art education, cultural management, and contemporary visual arts and music, these events feature keynote speeches, roundtable dialogues, and cross-disciplinary discussions. They are designed to foster in-depth academic exchange and intellectual dialogue, promote innovation in the arts, enhance cross-cultural understanding, and advance international professional collaboration—building a high-end platform for thought leadership that connects East and West and shapes the future.

Professional Art Forums and Symposiums
